The beds were comfortable and the location was great. We enjoyed our stay at Host & Stay - The Alby in Whitby.

The location of this hotel was perfect, with easy access to the town center. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds and sofas. the kitchen area was well-equipped for cooking for a large group, and we appreciated the little extras provided. We had a great night's sleep, as there was no street noise to disturb us.

There were a few issues during our stay. the boiler didn't work properly, resulting in intermittent hot water.

The holiday home is perfect for hiking and golfing, just what I needed to work off all the delicious food I ate. And they actually provided towels, so I didn't have to bring my own personal towel collection. So considerate.

Oh, the joy of finding out I had to clean mould, unblock drains, and wash stained bedding on my holiday. Absolutely thrilling.

We received great value for our money at this lovely, bright and airy house on a quiet street. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the town. The bathrooms were spotless and well-stocked with toiletries. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, except for a small lighter for the hob. The staff at Host & Stay were fantastic, providing excellent communication from the moment we booked. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay. The area surrounding the hotel was also amazing for motorbike riding.

The only thing that could have made the hotel breakfast better was if there were more options to choose from.

We were a group of over 50 motorbikers visiting the area, and Host & Stay - The Alby was the perfect property for us. It had everything we needed and more, with spacious accommodations for all seven of us. The communication with Host & Stay was excellent from start to finish, and we felt right at home in this well-equipped and comfortable house. With its convenient location just a 10-minute walk from the town centre and two parking spaces provided, it was an ideal base for exploring and enjoying all that the area has to offer. The riding in the surrounding countryside was absolutely amazing!

The house had potential and could accommodate a group of 10 people comfortably. the bedrooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook for a large group. the location was great, with no street noise at night, allowing for a good night's sleep. It was also conveniently located just 10 minutes from the town center and accessible to all shops and sightseeing. the provided parking spaces were a bonus.

the drains were blocked, which caused waste water to pour into the street.

The room at Host & Stay - The Alby in Whitby was absolutely gorgeous! It made me feel like I was living in a Pinterest board. The two bathrooms were a dream come true, especially with the bath and hairdryer. And can we talk about the washing machine? Such a lifesaver when you're a solo traveler like me!

Okay, I have to admit, there was one thing I didn't love. The fact that there were only two bathrooms with a bath, not more.

We had a great stay at the Alby Whitby! the location was perfect, just a short distance from the town center and all the shops and sights. the spacious rooms were comfortable and the beds provided a good night's sleep. the well-fitted kitchen was a bonus, allowing us to cook our meals easily. Plus, the two parking spaces provided were a convenient feature for us.

It would have been nice if there were more clear instructions on how to use the oven.
